ResponsibilitiesLead efforts to operationalize at scale by reducing incident volume, analyzing incidents globally, and providing broad resolutions. Be a technical leader to engineers, own project efforts, be accountable end-to-end. Identify requirements, scope solutions, estimate work, and schedule deliverables. Apply engineering principles to establish robust and maintainable architecture and designs. Promote and drive the adoption of good coding standards and patterns. | |
