Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Strategy & Planning - Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine strategic goals, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and mission.
- Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives to achieve organizational priorities.
- Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal performance data to inform strategic decisions.
Program Management
- Develop, implement, and oversee large-scale tech strategy programs and initiatives to drive business outcomes.
- Create project charters, roadmaps, and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring program objectives are achieved.
- Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for program-related matters, fostering communication and alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Provide clear and concise communication to executive leadership on program progress, challenges, and solutions.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and methodologies to increase efficiency and impact.
- Implement best practices for program management and strategic planning within the organization.
Metrics & Reporting
- Define success metrics for programs and initiatives and track performance against objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Strategy, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or a related role.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in strategy and planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
