WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead Change: Effectively build consensus, encourage participation, and align team efforts to meet strategic objectives through collaboration with your teams, Enterprise Strategic Solutions (ESS) ART program leadership, LPM, and IS and business stakeholders. Operate as One Team to accomplish business outcomes.
- Inspire Others - Drive Team Engagement: Capable of bringing people together, fostering a collaborative environment, and rallying teams around a common vision and purpose.
- Accelerate Modernization: Further develop and execute modernization strategies for business and I/S, including AI, Data, & Reporting strategies and the talent to develop and support it.
- Deliver Technology Solutions: Be able to discuss technical solutions with team members and challenge teams to apply critical thinking and cross-team/ART collaboration. Experience with effective criteria evaluation, decision making, problem solving, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Develop People: Multiply your leadership and results through others by promoting team continuous improvement, providing team growth and training opportunities, and setting/raising the bar for team/ART culture.
- Be Budget Conscious: Optimize staffing to deliver on business outcomes, drive automation to reduce production support and mentor teams to proactively recognize improvements.
- Manage Vendor Engagements: Manage vendor and contract engagements to add value to our business and optimize expenses.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Demonstrated success in leveling-up teams, building and sustaining strong team culture for technology solution delivery teams.
- Experience in defining and managing the technology vision and strategy with business goals, ensuring that our technology roadmap supports long-term business objectives.
- Proven success with large migration or modernization efforts.
- Technology ownership experience with vendor engagement ownership, vendor conflict resolution, contract negotiation and ownership, budget and expense oversight, risk management, governance and compliance, business resiliency planning, and systems life cycle planning including change management.
- Understanding and utilization of SAFe agile principles, metrics, deliverables to drive increased throughput.
- Ability to establish strong influential trusted partnerships with multiple teams for cross development efforts including other ARTs, enterprise component teams, Enterprise Architecture, and corporate partners including Law, Asset Management, and Finance.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
- Experience defining or managing data and reporting architecture and engineering practices. Experience managing partnerships with contracting firms both onshore and offshore.
- Working knowledge of managing human resources, team culture, technology, service delivery, and partner relationships.
