What to Expect
As a Spares Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity and accuracy while building and executing a cycle count program. You will manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases, coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams alongside spares planners for equipment repairs and documentation, and act as the key liaison between our technical support team and external vendors/suppliers. Your focus will be to ensure timely spare equipment exchanges and support our spares technicians with parts delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Support maintenance in RMA creation and handoff for spares processing
  • Report on RMA progress to stakeholders, including planning, maintenance, and engineering
  • Manage the RMA review process, purchase order issuance, and quoting with suppliers
  • Perform RMA process and inventory transactions in Flux
  • Handle shipping and receiving activities for outbound and inbound RMAs
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team on shipping and equipment returns
  • Assist with prepaid parts cycle count audits

What You'll Bring
  • Work experience in a logistics or distribution center environment
  • Familiarity with international outbound shipping requirements via common freight carriers
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and show ownership in resolving issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a quality-focused, self-starter mindset
  • Proven proficiency with Excel and Outlook for recording and sharing information
  • Must have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal

Essential Physical Demands:

  • Frequently lift, push, and carry up to 35 lbs. including carrying 20 lbs. up and down stairs.
  • Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, twist, and crawl for up to 12 hours a day
  • Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, or other high structures
  • Identify issues and safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as PAPR, safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, and adhere to safety guidelines.

    Expected Compensation
    $18.40 - $57.60/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
