Join a collaborative legal team where your expertise in e-billing is valued and developed as a part time Legal Billing Assistant in our New York office 3 days/week for a period of 6 months. In this role you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities, and you will be primarily responsible for implementing e-billing, processing legal invoices, and expense and invoice processing via Coupa.

What role will you play?

You will manage and streamline e-billing processes, acting as a primary contact for attorneys and stakeholders regarding billing matters. Your responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and processing complex invoices, maintaining organized records, and providing training and support on e-billing operations.
Compensation range for this position: $38-50/hr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

*Bachelor's Degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred
*Minimum of 3 years' billing and/or accounts payable experience in a professional services environment (law firm or financial services firm preferred)
*Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
*Ability to efficiently manage billing tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
*Experience collaborating with attorneys, stakeholders, and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate records
