Own the full recruitment lifecycle: From initial intake to successful hire, you'll guide the process with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Be a talent magnet: You're a master at sourcing both passive and active candidates, knowing exactly how to engage them and get them excited about Pluralsight. Be a strategic partner: Conduct insightful intake sessions with hiring managers, truly understanding their needs and building strong, collaborative relationships. Craft compelling pitches: Your sales skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate our value proposition and pique the interest of even the most sought-after talent. Identify top-tier talent: Confidently screen and interview candidates for both technical prowess and cultural alignment, ensuring a great fit for our teams. Leverage data for success: Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and performance to share insights and continuously optimize our recruiting efforts.
What You'll Bring:
Proven full-cycle recruiting expertise: You've successfully managed the entire hiring process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate experience. Sourcing savvy: You're adept at finding and engaging both passive and active candidates using effective and innovative sourcing practices. Exceptional sales ability: You have a compelling pitch, capable of capturing interest and effectively educating potential candidates about Pluralsight. Sharp assessment skills: Demonstrable ability to screen candidates for both profile fit and close candidates effectively. Interviewing prowess: You excel at interviewing, able to assess both technical capabilities and cultural qualities. Adaptability and flexibility: You can seamlessly transition between different roles (business and technology) as the needs of our dynamic organization evolve. A minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience, or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
Requirements:
Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our [Westlake/Dallas, TX / Dublin, Ireland] office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
