This position includes taking orders, operating a poin-of-sale (POS) system, handling credit and mobile transactions, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Prepare and serve food and drinks according to safey and sanitation standards. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments responsibly. Resolve customer complaints or refer them to supervisors when necessary. Replenishes condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas. Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures. Ensures compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements. Communicate with kitchen or supervisory staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Assist with opening and closing procedures for the concession stand. Performs other duties as assigned.
