JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing essential clerical and administrative support to the inspection team. Duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling inspections, communicating with customers and team members, performing data entry, preparing and filing documents, and assisting with the coordination of daily office functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Prior experience with affordable housing programs or property management systems is preferred. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
