Job Title Technology Service Specialist - eDiscovery & Archiving Technology - Structured Data Corporate Title Vice President Location Jacksonville Overview Deutsche Bank is seeking an individual to join the eDiscovery Services team.The team is responsible for the Bank's data retrieval, retention, and transfer of electronically stored information to internal requestors and external third parties to meet legal, compliance and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing preservation activities, including quality controls, troubleshooting technical issues, keeping abreast of best practices and new eDiscovery tools, etc. The role requires a high level of integrity to ensure the preservations are right first time, every time. You will also be able to demonstrate a high level of discipline, making sure processes are followed in a consistent manner. What We Offer You

What You'll Do
- Act as the primary liaison between Legal, eDiscovery, Technology, Business teams, and vendors, ensuring clear stakeholder communication, transparency, and client-focused delivery.
- Lead and oversee data preservation and collection requests, ensuring adherence to established processes, driving continuous improvements, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and confidentiality requirements.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team by providing leadership, training, guidance, and fostering collaboration across regions.
- Drive operational excellence by leading projects, resolving complex challenges, improving processes and systems, managing escalations, and ensuring consistent execution of workflows and best practices.
- Produce executive-level reporting and performance analytics, leveraging data-driven insights, trends, and metrics to support decision-making, enhance productivity, and continuously improve operations
How you will lead
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership across global eDiscovery operations, setting clear expectations, ensuring preservation activities are executed accurately and consistently, and fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Business stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor who can translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes while influencing decision-making and driving alignment.
- Develop and empower high-performing teams through mentorship, coaching, and knowledge sharing, promoting operational excellence, encouraging innovation and automation, and creating an inclusive environment where colleagues can grow and succeed.
Skills You'll Need
- Extensive experience in eDiscovery, including serving as a Subject Matter Expert within a corporation, law firm, or professional services organization
- Experience in client relationship management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to positively influence and motivate stakeholders and team members through robust dialogue, facilitation, and persuasiveness. Ability to engage across a range of backgrounds and levels of seniority with the ability to translate technical terms into language that non-technical persons can understand. (essential)
- Exhibit exceptional leadership qualities by setting a clear vision, motivating teams, and leading by an example. Demonstrate unwavering commitment to the organization's mission, values, and global objectives. (essential)
- Extensive experience in executive leadership, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar capacity. (essential). SQL, BigQuery, Programming and/or scripting experience is a plus
- Detail oriented, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills. Proven experience with identifying opportunities for automation or simplification of repetitive tasks. (essential)
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs

Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $100,000 to $157,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
