Major Duties

As an experienced product development manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of commercial products across the organization. In this role, you will own the entire product development process-from intake to delivery-working hand-in-hand with Product Managers and cross-functional teams like Engineering, Operations, IT, and Service Delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment and has a passion for turning ideas into market-ready solutions. You'll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to drive our product initiatives while ensuring alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product development lifecycle from intake to launch, driving execution of the Commercial Product roadmap.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers (who document requirements in Confluence) to validate readiness and prioritize initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through an adaptive Agile/Scrum process, including planning, sprint management, and retrospectives.

  • Use Jira to manage development tasks and workflows, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely delivery.

  • Participate in the build phase of product development, including defining and articulating product structures, billing logic, quoting rules, and product contract configurations.

  • Support product structure definition to ensure alignment with system architecture and delivery capabilities.

  • Translate product requirements into actionable development activities by working with Engineering, IT, and Operations.

  • Ensure operational readiness by planning for end-to-end process flows-order to provision to billing-with zero disruption.

  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality, delivery and support processes prior to launch.

  • Develop, enhance, and document quote-to-cash (QTC) and support process flows, working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Support go-to-market execution in collaboration with Product Managers, including sales training, marketing input, customer communications, and maintaining sales resources in Highspot.

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Product Development knowledge base and documentation repository in SharePoint.

  • Represent Product Development in the Project Planning Committee and contribute to broader delivery strategies.

  • Proven ability to identify and resolve conflicts and roadblocks within project process?

  • Communicate project scope, open items, and issues / risks to the leadership team?

  • Performs all other duties as assigned?

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in product development, business analysis, or product implementation (required)

  • 5+ years in the telecommunications or ISP sector (required).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field-or equivalent experience.

  • Hands-on experience leading work in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.

  • Familiarity with Confluence (for documentation) and Jira (for task management).

  • Experience leading or managing cross-functional initiatives-bonus if you've led a team directly.

  • Solid understanding of quote-to-cash processes, system provisioning, and product lifecycle delivery in a recurring revenue business.

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent project management skills.

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, with a strategic mindset.

  • Occasional travel required.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $91,244 - $138,299
