Work Schedule: 0% FTE, Day Shift Role. PRN - Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30. You will work at the 1340 Charles St Clinic in Rockford. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited Associate degree program or Medical Assistant program or have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Required Laboratory and phlebotomy training required within 30 days of hire. Required Drug and alcohol screening, and N95 training required within 30 days of hire. Required Work Experience At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred Computer experience. Required Licenses & Certifications AAMA certification is required upon hire or verification of a passing score on the AAMA certification exam and subsequent AAMA certification obtained within 90 days of hire. Required Bi-annual CPR certification. Required Active AAMA certification must be maintained. Required Audiometry certification through Northern Illinois University or Health Conservation, Inc. (HCI), required within 30 days of hire.
