What to Expect The Civil General Foreman will work closely with members of the Construction Management, Project Supervision, and Safety teams to oversee civil construction projects from initiation through completion. The Civil General Foreman will manage on-site crews, coordinate activities, and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards, all while supporting project timelines and operational goals.
