Pay Rate: $25-30/Hr. on W2 without benefits

Job Description:

  • We're looking for an Administrative Assistant 3 to support our Minuteman III Propulsions Systems Support Contract (PSSC) program. This position will be served on-site at Hill AFB, Utah.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Performs reception duties at entrance to ***'s Hill AFB office; welcomes visitors, keeps visitor log sheet, maintains badging, etc.
  • Initiator of all government access forms, maintaining standards to ensure forms are filled out properly and follow the government process.
  • Proactively manage calendars for assigned staff. Prioritize and schedule meetings, handle quick turn requests, monitor and act upon upcoming needs, and resolve frequent schedule conflicts
  • Support reporting and presentation requirements. Collect and summarize data, prepare draft documents, plan and schedule reviews, and facilitate complete and timely submissions.
  • Make domestic travel arrangements and process expense reports in a timely manner for assigned staff.
  • Attend staff meetings, publish agendas and follow-up on action items.
  • Arrange and execute support for a variety of internal and external on-site meetings, including conference room reservations and catering.
  • Helps maintain program tasks in the Jira platform and digital files on Microsoft Teams.
  • Provides secretary duties for our Configuration Control Board (CCB).
  • Orders and maintains office supplies.


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years professional experience as an Administrative Assistant or performing administrative work.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by the needs of the business.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated and adaptable, with excellent organizational skills including the ability to juggle multiple tasks, changing needs, and competing priorities
  • Strong ability to multi-task with competing priorities in a positive manner.
  • Experience in planning, coordinating and overseeing catering for corporate meetings.
  • Strong proofreading and document preparation skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment while demonstrating flexibility and agility, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, managing schedule conflicts, and providing excellent follow-through.
  • Demonstrates outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
