Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Accounting Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Timely distribution of paperwork and cattle payments

• Communicating directly with cattle buyers and KC office

• Verifying payment information

• Understanding of cattle payments, yields and freight to generate accurate paperwork

• Other duties as assigned

• Cross training needed in other departments

This is an on-site position

Qualified candidates for the Accounting Clerk position should possess the following:

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel

• Possess efficient data entry skills

• Attention to detail

• Good work history and attendance

• Team Player with good communication skills

• Good telephone etiquette skills

• Possess a professional attitude/conduct

• Associate degree in accounting preferred
