The Associate Compensation Program Manager plays a vital role in advancing our mission by helping employees understand their compensation packages. As a key member of the Employee Answer Bar within the HR team, this role is dedicated to guiding employees through compensation-related inquiries and processes. The team thrives on innovation, drive, collaboration, and trust to deliver exceptional support and ensure a seamless employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert assistance to employees regarding questions related to their compensation and stock awards
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource at the Employee Answer Bar and over email, offering prompt and accurate responses to inquiries
- Collaborate with HR, stock administration, compensation partners, and payroll teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of compensation-related matters
- Stay updated on company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations to provide informed guidance
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation education programs for employees
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with privacy and security protocols
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to employees at various levels
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for efficient issue resolution
- Prior experience in HR, compensation, or related roles is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently
