Operations takes raw sheet metals and electronic componentry (wizardry, really) apply artisanship and manufacturing process methods, to machine, assemble, paint, test and tune challenging builds, including microelectronics that require cleanroom and microscope skills. Manufacturing and industrial engineers support the output through problem solving. Expeditors, planners and the shipping crew ensure the flow of product across our two-shift, ISO-certified operation. This Senior Supervisor position oversees the activities associated with the planning, development and implementation of procedures for the testing and evaluation of standard and special devices. Specifies test to be performed, compiles data, and makes recommendations for changes required in testing equipment procedures, manufacturing processes, new testing requirements and/or design of testing equipment. Salary Range: Sr. Supervisor Manufacturing: $78,048.26 - $117,072.39 Annually (Lansdale). Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
