How you will make history here... Manages the profitability and growth of the organization's e-commerce business. Develops and executes organization's e-commerce strategy in partnership with relevant cross-business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, IT, Supply Chain, and Merchandising. Ensures e-commerce site is running in the optimum way possible in terms of customer experience and revenue. Supports development of new e-commerce product, service and e-business platform opportunities across organization. What you will do... This is the "subject matter expert" and employees at this level have specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in their own discipline/function and understand the interrelationships of different disciplines. Employees at this level interpret internal or external issues and recommend solutions/best practices, new methods, procedures, etc. Problems faced are complex, and employees at this level take a broad perspective to identify solutions. This role is based in Rogers, AR 3 days a week in office - hybrid. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $115,100-$165,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
