Peter Pan Bus Lines is seeking motivated individuals who are committed to customer service and safety to join our team as a Charter Bus Driver. Fully licensed bus drivers with the following minimum requirements will be evaluated with increased merit, but we will provide full training to the right individual seeking a rewarding career providing safety and care to our customers. Minimum Requirements Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) with Air Brake and P endorsement, plus one of the following: F, S, A, or V Strong interpersonal & communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Essential Duties of Success Transport passengers via motorcoach over specified routes to local or distant points for day and multi day trips across North America Assist passengers on and off the coach, collect tickets/fares, and provide informational announcements Provide a positive and safe experience for customers Maintain flexibility for scheduling, including days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays Meet all pre-employment requirements, including Department of Transportation physical, drug screen, and background check (motor vehicle record, criminal record, and employment references) Peter Pan is proud to offer: Competitive compensation with earning potential ranging from $75,000-$100,000+ per year Weekly pay guarantee Paid training Paid sick/vacation & paid holidays Uniform allowance Health & dental insurance 401(k) plan Life insurance Employee Assistance Program Opportunities for advancement within the company Free bus travel for immediate family
