Global Marketing Director - Digital Health Solutions, Robotics

The Digital Solutions Marketing Director will lead the strategic marketing initiatives for our digital solutions portfolio, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, software platforms, AI integration, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a visionary leader who can translate complex technical capabilities into compelling market strategies and drive adoption across diverse customer segments.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for digital solutions, emphasizing cybersecurity and software capabilities within the medical device industry.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and customer needs.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for AI-powered solutions and software platforms, ensuring clear messaging and positioning.
  • Drive thought leadership and content development around cybersecurity trends, software innovation, and digital transformation.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives to support product launches, customer engagement, and partner enablement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies.
  • Oversee digital campaigns, demand generation, and performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI.

What will you need to be successful?

  • 8+ years experience in marketing leadership roles with strong emphasis in cybersecurity, software, or AI.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software platforms, cloud technologies, and digital ecosystems within the medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Computer Science strongly preferred; MBA preferred.

Preferred locations include Memphis, TN, Andover, MA, or Pittsburgh, PA. Remote work is available; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time to key sites and stakeholder locations.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $140,000-180,000 USD annually and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications. You may also be entitled to receive bonus and benefits, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
