Launch is an innovative, cohort-based professional development program designed to help high achieving college grads jump start their careers. Be part of a team participating in real-world, challenging, interactive, and action-based learning curriculum, developing your skills on the job.You'll earn valuable experience over three 12-month rotations through different areas of the company. As a member of our Launch Program Class of 2029, you'll be fully immersed with a global team of Finance experts, eager to teach and learn from you along the way. You'll develop a strong understanding of how a global business operates from the inside and develop functional and leadership skills that will set a solid foundation for the rest of your career. We offer opportunities to work in multiple locations, including Richmond IN, Indianapolis IN, Leominster MA, St. Louis MO, Chicago IL. Potential rotations could include: Cost Accounting

Let's Write the Next 100 Years Together. ----- Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $72,000 to $82,500, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
