*About the Role* We're seeking a highly capable and adaptable Customer Service Representative (CR1) to join our team. This role requires proficiency in handling a wide range of calls and dispatch responsibilities, supporting both public and internal customers. From emergency response coordination to technical support dispatch, this position plays a critical role in maintaining smooth operations across the organization.
*Key Responsibilities* * Answer and manage incoming calls from employees, patients, visitors, and the public. * Document and dispatch work requests across various departments. * Handle calls related to security, EMS dispatch, air traffic control, medical coding, equipment repair, shuttle coordination, and emergency situations (including 9-1-1). * Monitor environmental alarms including doors, gates, parking lot intercoms, and CCTV systems. * Assist with workflow and assignments for patient transporters. * Lead or participate in departmental projects and initiatives. * Provide feedback to leadership on process improvements and operational efficiencies. * Fill in for other CR1 team members across shifts as needed. * Perform all duties in a professional, courteous, and competent manner. *What We're Looking For* * Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism. * Strong multitasking and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and documentation abilities. * Experience with dispatch systems and environmental monitoring tools is a plus. * A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
