Description Acara Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for one of clients. Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 Remote Temporary: 2-3 months possibility of extension We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will support the execution of a multi-channel marketing campaign, with a focus on email marketing, paid social media advertising, and eCommerce site optimization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with experience in campaign execution, performance tracking, and digital content creation. Position Overview: Implant Direct seeks a highly motivated, results-driven marketing leader to define, develop, and execute a strategy to drive the company's revenue growth via digital marketing demand generation in core markets. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Implant Direct Digital Marketing Manager be responsible for leveraging customer insights to define opportunities for growth within Marketing. This individual will have direct ownership over stimulating demand within North American markets to help fill sales funnels. Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing Build and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot. Create compelling email content including subject lines, body copy, CTAs, and visual elements to drive engagement and conversions. Manage the full lifecycle of email campaigns-from concept and design to testing, deployment, and performance analysis. Monitor deliverability metrics and optimize campaigns to reduce bounce rates and improve inbox placement. Social Media Advertising Plan, create and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Ability to write and refine copy that resonates with target audience and drives action. Partner with Art Director on images, video etc. Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads as appropriate Monitor and adjust targeting parameters, bidding strategies and budget based on real-time data to maximize ROI and reach. Track and report key metrics and provide insights/recommendations. eCommerce Site Support Assist with updating product pages to reflect current promotions, pricing, descriptions, and imagery. Assist with product page updates, promotional banners, and landing page creation Assist with creation of pages for specific campaigns, product launches General Campaign Support Coordinate with internal teams and external vendor as needed Maintain campaign calendars and timelines Support reporting and analytics across all channels Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Abilities: Proficiency with email marketing platform (HubSpot), social Ad managers (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), and CMS/eCommerce tools (e.g., Magento, Drupal/DXP) Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager/Campaign Manager for key platforms Strong analytical skills using HubSpot analytics, Meta/Google Ads dashboards Hands-on experience with SEO Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ability to run reports and analyze data, working within key business applications to define trends and opportunities (i.e. Oracle, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel. etc.) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred 4 years' experience in digital marketing Experience in healthcare -related field (medical, dental, vision) a plus Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
