Instructor - Weekend Enrichment

The Belin-Blank Center at the University of Iowa seeks teachers for their Weekend Enrichment programs for students in grades 3-8. This is an academic program for elementary and junior high school students.

Candidates must possess the following required qualifications:

• a teaching license, or comparable expertise in the field they will be teaching,
• prior experience working with school-age students,
• evidence of the ability to implement highly-effective teaching practices.

The primary responsibilities will include creating and implementing your own curriculum, as well as working closely with school age students.

The position is a temporary appointment for the duration of the program with pay adding up to $250 if all requirements are met.

Appointment is dependent upon a criminal background check.
