JOB SUMMARY: The E-Commerce Business Manager will lead the growth and further development of our e-commerce website, www.shopthesalvationarmy.com. This online thrift store is part of the overall Adult Rehabilitation Center Command. Our rehabilitation centers are funded by the sale of donated goods in our brick-and-mortar retail stores, our e-commerce store, and our recycling operations. This position reports directly to the Command Director of Sales and Operations and will serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce operations. This position calls for high-level analysis along with the ability to engage and motivate front-line hourly staff in 16 locations throughout the territory to drive top and bottom-line performance.
