Job Requirements:

Our Tax practice is seeking an associate with three to five years of post-JD experience to join our Boston or Denver office. We will consider candidates in other locations where we have an office.

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

* Experience with transactional tax matters including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and investments (both debt and equity).

* Experience with executive compensation, partnership/LLC and joint ventures experience a plus.

* Strong research and writing skills required.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor

* Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.

* Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
