ABOUT THE POSITION: We're seeking an Assembly Manager (internally called Assembly Zone Owner or AZO) to ensure operations run safely, smoothly, and with precision with Assembly and Manufacturing Engineering teams across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts within two facilities (approx. 5 minutes apart). This role is central to daily execution from reviewing yesterday's performance, preparing for today, and driving improvements for tomorrow. You'll lead team huddles, track SQDC metrics, and translate data into clear actions that keep our Assembly Zones performing at their best. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: You will thrive in this role if you enjoy both analyzing metrics using BI tools/ Excel and coaching team members on the production floor. You'll offer 7-10 years of manufacturing experience with 5 of those years in a leadership role. Preferably, you'll have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or Operations Management (or related). Ultimately, you understand the nuances of different shifts and know how to adapt your leadership style to engage people effectively. You bring a data-driven mindset that turns numbers into insight, a strong leadership presence that motivates teams to deliver results, and a continuous improvement focus that keeps safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals moving forward. You collaborate naturally with Engineering, Team Leaders, other Zone Owners, and associates, and you're energized by the challenge of creating consistency and accountability across every shift. Education
Bachelors of Engineering (preferred)
Experience
5 years: Leadership in manufacturing environment (required)
