Underwriting Field Engagement Consultant

Summary:
This role is integral to optimizing field engagement and supporting underwriting leadership, and field partners, with localized level solutions to optimize the field and underwriting partnership. Forster and maintain strong relations with the field by providing a connection, ensuring they feel supported and engaged with engagement goals and initiatives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Field Engagement Support: Assist the Assistant Director, Field Engagement in field engagement efforts by providing support at a more localized, one-on-one level, fostering strong relationships with network offices.
  • Issue Identification and Resolution: Proactively identify underwriting issues and opportunities within regional offices and work closely with underwriting leadership by providing research and resolution options.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional team, field business partners, and internal management to develop proactive strategies for engaging with Network Offices, ensuring alignment and enhancing communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with broad knowledge of the distribution system, Apply technologies, and/or Underwriting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and acceptance at all levels within the home office and field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, understanding, and resourcefulness.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Flexible decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence without authority.

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start:

$76,650.00

Pay Range - End:

$142,350.00

Geographic Specific Pay Structure:

195 - Structure 110: 84,350.00 USD - 156,650.00 USD 195 - Structure 115: 88,130.00 USD - 163,670.00 USD
