Summary:

Responsible for the development and strategy of the Underwriting field consulting model. This role is pivotal in driving field underwriting improvements, technology adoption, and enhancing the overall experience for our field partners.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Field Partnership Development: Collaborate closely with field leaders and Network Offices to guide them through the Underwriting journey, driving improvements in field underwriting practices, tech adoption, and overall engagement to improve the field's experience with Underwriting.
  • Data Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to gain insights and deploy targeted support through training, resources, on-site visits and other initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Enterprise Partnership Building: Strengthen partnerships with key enterprise partners by identifying shared objectives, leading strategic partnership conversations, securing buy-in and ongoing stakeholder management.
  • Mentorship & Coaching: Mentor and coach field members to establish enduring field partnerships aimed at improving field underwriting metrics and outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead team of field underwriting coaches focused on driving field adoption of underwriting behaviors, including technology and tool adoption, field underwriting practices, and expectation setting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience in field engagement or a related field, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategies that drive adoption and behavior change with the field.
  • Strong communication skills, with expertise in building strong peer relationships and engaging stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience using data analytics to inform decision making and deploy targeted support, improving field performance and outcomes.
  • People Leadership skills; ability to lead a small team with clear goals, coach strategic skillset, hold individuals accountable, and foster a positive team culture.

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start:

$92,750.00

Pay Range - End:

$172,250.00

Geographic Specific Pay Structure:

205 - Structure 110: 102,060.00 USD - 189,540.00 USD 205 - Structure 115: 106,680.00 USD - 198,120.00 USD
