The Business Development Manager (Litigation) is responsible for developing, leading, and implementing marketing and business development activities for our nationally recognized practice. A hybrid work schedule is available for this position. The Business Development Manager (BDM) works with key attorneys in the firm's 280-attorney Litigation Department to expand existing client relationships, generate new prospecting opportunities, and drive profitable revenue growth. The BDM will focus on client development initiatives related to complex commercial disputes, construction and real estate litigation, government investigations and white-collar defense, intellectual property, labor and employment, and privacy and technology. In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
