*The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.

How You'll Perform the Role

  • Implement and monitor safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
  • Conduct safety orientations, monthly meetings, audits, and incident investigations; track.
  • Coordinate monthly employee training on safety procedures, emergency response, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain OSHA logs, workers' compensation records, HR Files, and environmental compliance reporting.
  • Partner with plant management to drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
  • Filing for the HR Department
  • Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and HR communications.
  • Provide administrative support for HR


What We Need From You

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Safety, Human Resources, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in an EHS and/or HR role, in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and HR administration is a plus
  • Strong communication, computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus but not required
