Responsibilities LMI is seeking a Sales Engineering Lead for a remote or hybrid position. Sales Engineering Leads guide a small team of highly skilled engineers to rapidly tailor our existing platforms or build new solutions to demonstrate how LMI could solve their challenges.The Sales Engineering teams work closely with our existing platforms (RAPTR, LIGER, and IronSled) to understand how ehey could be leveraged to solve a wide range of challenges. Successful Sales Engineering Leads work closely with customers to deeply understand their problems and rapidly develop proof of concept demonstrations of how our tools can be used. Successful Sales Engineering leads can effectively qualify potential leads, quickly earn customer trust, rapidly prioritize customer demands, translate these to a technical team, understand the advantages and limitations of our platforms, lead the development of rapid prototypes, and effectively communicate the value of our solutions to customers. This Sales Engineering Lead will:
Work closely with customers to deeply understand their problems and either tailor existing solutions or build something new to demonstrate how we could solve their challenges.
