Retail Innovation Strategist Summary The Retail Innovation Strategist will support the digital experiences and merchandising strategy team in shaping future-state customer experiences and content initiatives. This role will leverage market research, competitive insights, and trend analysis to guide innovation, content strategy, and executive communications that align with broader business objectives. Job Description In this role, you will research and analyze emerging retail, digital, and customer experience trends to develop actionable insights and strategies. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate findings into broader business initiatives, craft compelling content strategies, and communicate recommendations to executive-level audiences. This includes conducting third-party research, synthesizing insights, developing content calendars, writing briefs, and monitoring online behaviors to anticipate customer needs. You will also create and deliver presentations that effectively convey complex strategies through clear storytelling, supporting the team's overall success in digital experience innovation. This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA, and requires on-site work. The pay for this W-2 position is $84.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
