This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA.
Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, track, and launch campaigns and initiatives that drive the ongoing growth and engagement of subscription-based media services. This role is critical to supporting strategic marketing campaigns, product development lifecycles, and global cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments and can manage competing priorities with efficiency and clarity.
Our Ideal Candidate
7+ years of experience in project and process management, with expertise in cross-functional collaboration and prioritization
Passion for digital media, subscription services, and growth marketing with a strong foundation in campaign/project execution
Proficient in collaboration and workflow tools such as Quip, Confluence, Wrike (or similar)
Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies
Skilled in collaborating with engineering, product, analytics, operations, and marketing teams
Able to work independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
A collaborative team player who can influence decision-making and align diverse stakeholders
Job Description In this role, you will plan, track, and deliver marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects that enhance customer growth and service engagement. You'll partner with engineering, product, operations, analytics, and marketing teams to prioritize and launch new features, programs, and campaigns. This includes:
Creating and managing project workflows to ensure smooth execution
Tracking and evaluating campaign and feature performance
Providing reporting on project, program, and product status across the business
Supporting strategic planning and decision-making by developing tools and frameworks for project prioritization
You will also maintain and evolve collaboration platforms used by the team and partners, ensuring effective tracking and visibility across initiatives.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in marketing, project management, or digital media
Experience working in subscription services, media, or technology industries preferred
