Business Litigation Counsel - Barred in PA, DE, NJ, NY

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a Counsel track attorney to join the Business Litigation Practice Group.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience representing companies and/or financial institutions in regard to single plaintiff litigation including contracts, loan agreements, mortgages or leases.
• Candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and/or Delaware.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Please note that Womble Bond Dickinson's counsel track opportunities are off-track/not partner track and therefore have a reduced billable hour requirement.
