2026 HR Summer Intern

Join Diamondback Energy for a summer internship designed to immerse you in the core functions of Human Resources while contributing to meaningful, high-impact work. Over the course of the program, you'll rotate through key HR disciplines, collaborate with experienced professionals, and complete a strategic project that culminates in a presentation to company leadership. In addition to professional development, interns will enjoy team-building activities such as baseball games, volunteer events, and networking with peers across the organization.

• Training and Development strategies and execution.

• Recruiting operations and talent pipeline efforts.

• HRIS expansion and optimization through data organization and integrity.

• Benefits program reviews to help ensure our total rewards platform supports employees and their families.

• Compliance understanding regulatory requirements and support policy adherence across HR practices.

• Employee Relations principles to guide business success and growth.

• Compensation structure design and management

Requirements:

• Required to be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at an accredited university/college with at least one semester remaining after the completion of the internship
