As our Data Analytics Engineer, you'll be the architect behind the insights that fuel innovation, streamline operations, and spark transformation. Responsibilities Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop & maintain Power BI reports that provide our business teams with enhanced data access and visibility, empowering them to make informed decisions by effectively tracking progress and performance. Transform company datasets to effectively communicate opportunities through impactful metrics & KPIs. Collaborate with business teams on accurately defining project scopes, strengthening our data governance, and ensuring a user-friendly reporting environment. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise. Assist in the scope definition and implementation of data and/or asset management systems. Design, build, optimize, and maintain data queries and models to ingest process and integrate data from operational systems. Insure data accuracy through data validation and cleansing. Qualifications Experience in a role working with data analysis. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of data analysis best practices. Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Power BI report design & management including DAX, data modeling, and source integration preferred.
