As our Data Analytics Engineer, you'll be the architect behind the insights that fuel innovation, streamline operations, and spark transformation. Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop & maintain Power BI reports that provide our business teams with enhanced data access and visibility, empowering them to make informed decisions by effectively tracking progress and performance.
  • Transform company datasets to effectively communicate opportunities through impactful metrics & KPIs.
  • Collaborate with business teams on accurately defining project scopes, strengthening our data governance, and ensuring a user-friendly reporting environment.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.
  • Assist in the scope definition and implementation of data and/or asset management systems.
  • Design, build, optimize, and maintain data queries and models to ingest process and integrate data from operational systems.
  • Insure data accuracy through data validation and cleansing.


Qualifications

  • Experience in a role working with data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of data analysis best practices.
  • Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Power BI report design & management including DAX, data modeling, and source integration preferred.
