The Rest of Market (ROM) Account Executive role is position serves our prospective clients that are within the division called Rest of Market. The ROM RAE is responsible for presenting the value propositions and benefits of our solutions daily. In addition, handling all aspects of the sales process - from product demos, pricing negotiations, and contract reviews working in a round robin or pooled manner with a team of other Account Executives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Independently managing time in a way that maximizes the number of sales calls, demonstrations, and closed deals.
• Preparing and presenting customized proposals and agreements to prospective clients, including detailed demonstrations of our education and clinical solutions.
• Consistent and detailed use of Relias CRM system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
• Documenting details of identified opportunities to clearly communicate situation and specific account profiles (including contacts, buying processes, etc.) for sales personnel and management
• Effectively utilizing technology to facilitate remote presentations

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

• Expertise with technology including but not limited to Salesforce.com, Gong, Power Point, Excel, MS Teams
• High level of organization, time management, self-initiative and experience managing a client base remotely
• Constant thirst for learning and ability to figure out new approaches and learn all potential use cases for our different product offerings for the different segments of the market
• 1+ years sales experience in a SaaS sales environment

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ambition to perform in a fast-paced, client facing environment
• Ability to be a team player; it takes all of us to make Relias a success!
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters (near the Raleigh/Durham airport) approximately 30/40 days perquarter.
