Senior Strategic Partnership Manager | Automotive Aftermarket

The Strategic Partnership Manager, Sr is responsible for managing Automotive partner accounts as well as identifying and developing new key account alliances to generate leads and/or create new sales opportunities. Conducts business reviews of strategic accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Evaluates program trends and provides analysis recommendations to management.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with major accounts exceeding $5M in ARR.

  • Identify white space (revenue growth opportunities) and work with sales as needed to execute new opportunities.

  • Managing the renewal process, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring a seamless renewal experience.

  • Manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions being provided by Epicor.

  • Develop key goals and metrics for each account, measure, and report on them monthly or quarterly.

  • Define and implement programs that support defined objectives.

  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalation as needed.

  • Manage contracts, billing, rebates (if applicable) - provide Epicor management time to respond to contract renewals and price change options

  • Providing regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to ensure customers achieve their business objectives.

  • Hold at a minimum quarterly meeting with each account

  • Work with customers to ensure Epicor products are being utilized effectively and efficiently.

  • Support implements an annual operating plan process.

  • Attend on-site customer events to strengthen our business relationship, generate leads, and/or create new sales opportunities.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and events.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

  • 7+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in the Automotive Aftermarket is required

  • 5+ years of specialized/industry experience in the ERP/SaaS space is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

Range:

Minimum: $60,000 USD Maximum: $170,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
