SUMMARY:

Join a product-engineering team building Azure-based microservices and modern web apps that help providers maintain legal compliance and deliver consistent, high-quality care. You'll ship features end-to-end in .NET/C#/Angular, improve performance at scale, and mentor associates while learning alongside a collaborative team.

WHERE YOU'll WORK (HYBRID)

30 days / quarter in our Morrisville office (near the Raleigh/Durham airport). We use in-person time for design reviews, pairing, and team meetings; the rest is flexible for focused work.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Building and maintaining backend services/APIs in .NET (C#) on Azure; contributing to a modern web UI in Angular (React/Svelte experience welcome)
• Participating in Agile rituals (planning, standups, retros) and helping refine the team backlog
• Optimizing for reliability, performance, and security
• Contributing to CI/CD and observability
• Writing clear technical documentation
• Reviewing PRs and mentoring Associate Software Engineers

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

• 3+ years building production software with .NET Core/C#
• 1+ years with a modern JS framework (Angular preferred; React/Svelte OK)
• 1+ years with SQL Server (comfortable with queries and schema design)
• Familiar with using Azure services (App Service, Azure SQL; Cosmos DB)
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, cloud security/identity (AAD), and DevOps practices
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Growth mindset and strong collaboration/communication
• Problem solving approach with great time management skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Microsoft AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) - current or obtained within the first 60 days of your employment (we pay for the exam)

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD:

• PowerShell or Python for automation
• Jira/Confluence

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute), which is near the Raleigh/Durham airport. You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
