Temple University's Department of Graduate and International Programs at the Fox School of Business is searching for an Assistant Director of MBA Programs! Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant's education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source. Position Summary The Assistant Director, under supervision from the Director of Graduate Programs, will participate in all aspects of student services, including answering student program questions, solving registration issues, participating in the planning and delivery of orientations, launching program/course evaluations, and supporting graduation and co-curricular activities for students. The Assistant Director works with the Director, Executive Director, and Academic Directors to ensure that students' needs are being addressed. The Assistant Director actively participates in the recruitment and yielding of MBA students with the Graduate Enrollment Management Office, and works closely with the Center for Student Professional Development to ensure that students have a positive overall graduate experience. In addition, as part of the Graduate team, the Assistant Director will contribute to the overall mission of the Fox Graduate and International Programs' Office by working collaboratively with the entire graduate team to cross-sell and support the school's suite of MBA and Specialized Master's programs. When necessary, the incumbent will support the other programs in the graduate division.
