As the Sr. Product Manager for Product Delivery, you will work closely with users, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to conduct research, devise innovative ideas, requirements and roadmaps, work with the go-to-market (GTM) teams to successfully launch new platform builds and customer experiences, measure their in-field performance against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and implement improvement strategies and tactics. You will be responsible for partnering with your director to determine what the product team builds, the investment needed, and the KPIs tied to usage and quality of user experience, and the technical plan for the agile teams to execute against.

The Sr. Product Manager is a results-oriented individual with a passion and capability for creating high-quality learning solutions, on-time, on-scope and on-quality. As a leader of products, platforms, and/or teams, you are an advocate for customer-empathetic software, able to promote teamwork and knowledge sharing, and demonstrate thoughtful collaboration with customers and stakeholders across multiple business units. The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for helping their product, content, and/or platform team(s) to define, manage, and implement innovative digital products and platform infrastructure and functionalities that are uniquely responsive to market demands and MH priorities.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. This role requires 25% travel throughout the year.

What you will be doing:

  • Business Case Ownership - Develop and execute investment business cases for platform strategy, including financial forecasts, KPI definition, and operational implementation.
  • Strategic Product Roadmap - Partner with leadership to create market-focused development roadmaps that maximize customer value and revenue opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership - Collaborate on comprehensive launch plans for new features, covering data requirements, timelines, training, and stakeholder communication.
  • Market Research & Customer Insights - Conduct user research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market segmentation, and platform positioning.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Leverage analytics throughout the product lifecycle to inform strategy, drive innovation, and optimize customer experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with technical teams, product managers, and stakeholders to align platform investments and ensure quality delivery.
  • Requirements & Project Management - Draft project charters, translate customer needs into engineering requirements, and manage cross-team dependencies for successful delivery.
  • Product Lifecycle Oversight - Own end-to-end product cycles aligned with business milestones, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery while managing technical debt.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization - Track KPIs, manage technical debt, monitor competitive landscape, and drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required (advanced preferred), with 3-5 years in product management or related field, particularly in educational software and Pre-K through Higher Education content.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within deadline and budget constraints, with Agile methodology experience and product owner certification preferred.
  • Customer Focus: Strong background in user research, customer interaction, and user-centered design processes with emphasis on creating intuitive user experiences.
  • Technical Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms, with experience in wireframing, use case development, and user story writing.
  • SaaS Product Delivery: Demonstrated success launching complex SaaS products from inception to market, especially educational software for large user bases with zero downtime requirements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills for synthesizing financial, usage, and research data to understand market trends and create informed product strategies.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams, time zones, and work cultures while managing healthy debate that drives innovation.
  • Technical Tools & Environment: Experience with Jira, Confluence, remote team management, and ability to thrive in high-intensity, deadline-driven environments with acute attention to detail.

The pay range for this position is between $105,800- $130,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan is provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
