Bolton & Menk has an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our expanding Land Development team. In this position, you will lead and grow teams creating Safe, Creative and Sustainable communities through generating opportunities, master planning, entitlements, site and utility design mentorship, construction document quality control, and construction administration for public and private development, to include but not limited to, residential and multi-family developments, commercial and industrial developments, and mixed-use developments across the Southeast. The position will be located in our Charlotte office where you will have a great team of professionals around you. What You Will Be Doing:
