Responsibilities We currently have a great opportunity available for a Director, US Sales - Hemostasis. The Hemostasis Sales Director is responsible for leading and executing the national sales strategy for the hemostasis diagnostics portfolio. This role will oversee a team of Hemostasis Sales Specialists to drive revenue growth and ensure alignment with the company's broader commercial objectives for the Hemostasis product line. The Director will serve as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Executive Leadership to optimize market share, expand strategic accounts, and support the advancement of innovative hemostasis solutions across the U.S. market. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement the national sales strategy for the hemostasis product line, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, market trends, and customer needs. Percentage of Travel: 60% Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Science, or related field required. Master's degree with a specialization in Business preferred.
This job requires satisfaction of the credentialing requirements of Sysmex's customers, including hospitals and other healthcare facilities, which generally includes proof of current vaccinations for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chicken pox), and COVID-19. The salary range for this role is $170,000-$220,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package for this position also includes a choice of health care plan (medical, vision, and dental insurance), car allowance, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave and a 401(K) for all eligible employees.
