Job Summary:

Revance is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support our procurement team in managing the purchasing process. This role involves evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will also assist in market trend analysis and help drive continuous improvements in procurement procedures.

Reporting to: Strategic Sourcing Director
Location: Onsite in Johnson City, TN

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:



  • Purchasing & Supplier Management: Oversee purchasing tasks; identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Negotiations & Contracts: Lead price negotiations with suppliers and assist in drafting procurement contracts that align with company policies and regulations.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Cost & Market Analysis: Conduct market trend analysis to monitor pricing, supply chain changes, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Work with the Purchasing Director and procurement team to identify and implement improvements in the procurement process.
  • System Management: Manage purchase order workflows in reporting systems to track open orders and requisitions efficiently.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics (internships are a plus).
  • Basic data analysis, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with procurement systems.
