HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION
The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the assigned leader with all administrative support. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate a wide variety of administrative functions as well as act as a liaison to internal and external customers. This position requires a highly organized and self-motivated person with paramount customer service skills. This position reports to an Executive Team Member.



WHAT YOU WILL DO



  • Provides advanced-level administrative tactical support to assigned Executive.
  • Responsible for executive scheduling, including but not limited to, managing outlook calendar, arranging travel and accommodations and arranging tours as needed.
  • Takes meeting minutes as required; distribute and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Organizes, composes, and maintains a variety of written communication, reports, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Coordinates, prepares, and monitors budget(s) as assigned and prepares expense reports using organizational applications.
  • Maintains office and specialized procedures, files, and systems as required.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
JOB EXPERIENCE



  • Must have 3 years experience in increasingly responsible, diversified and confidential administrative work supporting a C-suite executive.


EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS



  • High School Diploma required.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE



  • Must have strong organization skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Effective customer service skills.
  • Able to operate moderately complex computer software programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex interpersonal situations with a high level of tact and diplomacy.
  • Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines using effective time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with teams and others in a diverse environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
