Position Title: Machine Operator - Stamping
Wage: $20.00/hour Shift: 1st or 2nd Hours: 5:00AM - 3:00PM or 3:00PM - 1:00AM (Monday - Thursday, Possible OT on Friday) Are you simply working for the weekend? This is a potential to hire position for 1st or 2nd shift. Apply today! Machine Operator - Stamping Responsibilities: - Operating punch press to precisely cut and grind metal - Assisting with set up and removal of dies and coils; operating single stroke coil operations - Inspecting parts using measuring tools to ensure specifications are being met - Making machinery adjustments to control speed, material feed and shape of product - Performing preventative machine maintenance Requirements for Machine Operator - Stamping: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Basic math skills - At least one year of previous manufacturing/operator experience preferred - Hand tool and measuring tool experience is a plus - Ability to stand for 8-10 hours QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
