Maintenance Technician

Advantage xPO is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Fort Worth, TX. This role is responsible for performing PMs, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial equipment to keep operations running smoothly. Apply today!

Pay: $25 - $31 per hour

1st Shift | Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Follow all OSHA and safety guidelines.
• Perform shift rounds, inspections, PMs, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, dock equipment, and motors.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, valves, wiring, and other facility equipment.
• Document work in CMMS, order parts, and coordinate with vendors.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Support maintenance projects and facility needs as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade/technical training preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
• Valid driver's license; forklift, JLG, and Universal CFC certifications.
• Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Able to operate tools, lifts, and equipment safely.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and working in various conditions.
• Basic computer and CMMS skills.
