HVAC Technician

Pay Rate: $29.00 - $30.50/hr (based on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Install replacement equipment and parts in compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Perform HVACR preventative maintenance following established standards.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair HVACR malfunctions per EPA regulations.
• Maintain accurate equipment logs and maintenance schedules.
• Complete documentation such as timesheets, service reports, and expense logs.
• Participate in safety training, team meetings, and maintain tools/vehicle (if applicable).

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; completion of HVAC Apprenticeship Program preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience with commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required (additional certifications may be needed).
• Strong technical skills with HVAC/electrical systems, blueprint reading, and schematics.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in basic math and documentation practices.
