Kratos has established a substantial presence in Indiana and the growth of those programs is driving the need for a Vice President, Indiana Partnerships and Programs that will drive our business into further expansion into the Indiana market.

The Vice President, Indiana Partnerships and Programs is responsible for internal and external stakeholder engagement supporting the many growth initiatives Kratos has in the Indiana market, as well as the identification or creation of additional growth opportunities. This individual will be directly responsible for oversight, growth strategy development and execution, stakeholder engagement strategy and execution, and brand building activities. Responsibilities comprise overseeing all aspects of standing up a new office in Indianapolis and establishing Kratos presence across the state with existing and new programs across the entire Kratos portfolio of businesses and technologies. The candidate should also identify and pursue regional or multi-state initiatives when appropriate for supporting Indiana-based programs or expanding other business opportunities for the Company. The candidate will provide guidance and recommendations to Company executive leadership regarding new and existing growth opportunities and accompanying execution strategies.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:




  • Oversee Company product portfolio business strategy to ensure execution of Company business plan for growth and profit
  • Build and manage a diverse team of subject matter experts, developing plans, providing recommendations, and monitoring and auditing operations across a broad range of activities.
  • Assures department personnel comply with the policies, sound business practices and compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
  • Represents the company at conferences and other marketing events that promote the expertise and capabilities of the company.
  • Conducts briefings for senior staff, customers, and prospective customer representatives.
  • Fosters and promotes ethical conduct and personal integrity in the workplace.

Required Experience:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:



  • Bacheloris degree.
  • Advanced degree in business, law or related fields.
  • Experience related to business operations, stakeholder management, business development, marketing and branding, and workforce development.
  • 15 or more years of progressive experience in technology development fields.
  • Initiative-based leader Driven and continuous improvement mindset with a very strong desire to be first to market.
  • Visionary - must be able to see the addressable market, develop the market roadmap in Kratos best interest, and lead detailed planning activities to chase the market. Must be able to communicate this vision to the team, to leadership, and to key stakeholders. Must be able to break it down into actionable tasks that the supporting cast can execute to ultimately realize the vision.
  • Financially inclined - must be able to read Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, understand what they mean and what the operational implications are to each.
