Manage small- to medium-sized projects or tasks
• Work closely with project managers to identify client needs, establish budgets, manage resources, and organize them all into an actionable plan
• Develop and maintain project management plans and other required project management artifacts
• Lead project teams from project initiation through closeout
• Follow guidelines, best practices, conventions, techniques, and industry standards for project management
• Directly engage with customers
• Support development of proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFP)
• Support business development and marketing initiatives by meeting with customers and prospective customers, attending industry events, and giving presentations
• Supervise staff, as assigned
• Provide performance feedback to project staff and supervisors of staff
• Comply with all KCI policies and procedures
• Complete other duties as required/assigned

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Experience may be substituted for degree.
• Minimum one year of experience managing project tasks
• Minimum three years of professional experience in the areas of business advisory, data & analytics, solutions and/or software engineering, and/or IT infrastructure engineering
• Experience providing consulting services is strongly preferred
• Experience in utilities, facilities, transportation, water, and/or state/local government markets is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems
• Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of customers, data, business, and markets
• Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
